Special Achievements:

Pioneering food writer, first woman to own and manage a world-class restaurant in Australia (Stephanie’s Restaurant: 1976-1997); initiated innovative primary school program, The Kitchen Garden at Collingwood College, Melbourne (2001) in the belief that the earlier children learn about food through example and positive experiences, the better their food choices will be through life.
