First female member of Royal Australian Navy (RAN) Staff College's directing staff.
April 2000 - Awarded a Conspicuous Service Medal (CSM), for her outstanding achievement while working as the Senior Naval Officer at Navy Headquarters South Australia. (Recipients are entitled to the post-nominal letters 'CSC'.)
