Special Achievements:“The 14th woman in Australia to hold a private license and possibly only the second to own her own plane.”
1929 - With Bobbie TERRY was first women in New South Wales/Australia to own their own aircraft. Jean's plane was a DH 60.
1931 - She gained a private pilot’s license, Melbourne, Victoria.
1931 - Probably first woman to cross New South Wales by air when flying from Adelaide to Broken Hill, Sydney and back to Adelaide.
