Evelyn Helena PARKER
Born: 12 October 1907
Died: 28 September 1993
Special Achievements:1975 - First woman Mayor in Western Australia (Subiaco Council). In 1976 she was Citizen of the Year.
Additional Information:She was a Justice of the Peace. In 1977 she received an Officer of the Order of the British Empire. In 1975 she was named Western Australia's Citizen of the Year. In 1986 she became a Freeman of the City of Subiaco. In 1990, the Evelyn H Parker Library was named in her honour.
